- Responsibilities include: meeting with customers to understand product use and needs, meeting with customers to understand new and evolving issues and pain points, organizing a process around product engineering and product management, executing on the process for product engineering and product management, performing competitor analyses, performing market research, organizing customer user groups, working closely with company engineers in understanding customer needs, driving requirements for products and enhancements, and driving process to ensure product engineering and enhancements are completed and delivered to customers.
