Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years

Job Purpose:

Mobile Aspects is seeking a well-organized, customer-centric Implementation Project Manager to lead customer install and upgrade projects. This position runs multiple projects at a time, interacting with both internal and external resources to provide the best overall service to our customers. The goal of the position is to deliver high quality projects to our clients that are on time and on budget.  The projects are technical in nature and will require managing project scope, timeline, expectations, as well as leveraging best practices. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-directed, and can work well within a team.

Job Description:

  • Ensure effective project, resource, change, and risk management of a portfolio of customer projects
  • Create, modify, and distribute project plans, as well as all implementation related documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Account Managers and Technical Service Engineers to provide a great customer experience
  • Takes total ownership and accountability of implementation projects and internal/external communication
  • Performs installation, configuration and testing of Mobile Aspects hardware and software

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4 years’ experience working in Project Management
  • Comfort working in a high-pace, high-stress environment (e.g. hospital operating rooms)
  • Exceptional experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects, on time and on budget
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Highly motivated/energetic individual able to work independently, or as a member of a cross-functional team is a MUST
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 40% of the time
  • PMP Certification a plus
