Trainee People Ops Executive

Job Purpose:  

  • Assistant to VP and CTO. 
  • Basic People Operations (Human resources) department work.  

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:  

  • Extending all Secretarial and Admin assistance to CTO and VP in day-to-day functioning.   
  • Calendar Management – Helping prepare for meetings.  
  • Ability to communicate with leaders in the organization.  
  • Responsible for basic activities like hiring for the People Operations department.  
  • Co-ordinating training activities.  
  • Interact with vendors for Admin activities. 
  • Any other responsibilities or tasks as required by the organization. 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:  

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.  
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook).
