Experience:  Heavy cold calling via phone and data mining using CRM. 5 years of cold calling experience. Some knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Suite of product knowledge, HubSpot CRM knowledge preferred, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and managing multiple calendars for sales team members. Self-motivated and not afraid of rejection. 

At least 2 years of demonstrated success in setting up initial meetings for a business-to-business sales team is required.

The company has helped hospitals of varied sizes and academic institutions improve both profitability and safety through its leading software and smart cabinet solutions. We are expanding our sales team to include a Pittsburgh-based sales rep who will call on hospitals in the UPMC and Allegheny Health Network systems. 

Job purpose 

Organize contacts at target hospital accounts and call to set up and confirm demonstration meetings for sales representatives.  

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 

  1. Set up virtual meetings for sales team members across the United States at target hospital accounts.  
  1. Ensure and confirm meetings are scheduled AND held after setting appointment. Followup with contacts for meetings within 48 hours of scheduled meeting time to confirm they will be joining the meeting. 
  1. Utilize company CRM to document all calls and communications with customers and prospects. 
  1. Create calling lists on a weekly basis within CRM to execute calling plan. 
  1. Manage the chat activity from Mobile Aspects website. Respond to inquiries, and questions and convert interest into meetings for appropriate team members.  
  1. Enter meeting info into calendars for the sales team and accurately describe what demo/product solution, each member, will be presenting.  
  1. Complete all training related to job skills, technical skills, and tool skills. Continue training on an ongoing basis as needed. 
  1. Any other accountabilities and responsibilities the Company requires from the position.
