Sales Development Representatives

Experience: 1-3 years experience as Sales Development Representatives

Job Purpose:

To work on daily marketing and sales activities to generate meetings for our sales team.

Job Description:

  • Introduce the Mobile Aspects product portfolio to prospective customers
  • Build a book of leads that will convert into qualified opportunities
  • Respond to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs
  • Engage potential customers over web-based chat
  • Daily conversations with managers on call techniques
  • Weekly goal meetings around metrics
  • High volume of outbound calls to potential leads
  • Master the identification of relevant prospects at target companies using tools like Google, LinkedIn, and customer Websites
  • Become an expert at using CRM software to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts
  • Connect with target prospects using industry best practices across email, phone, and social channels
  • Skillfully build interest and create qualified opportunities with new prospects
  • Be an expert on our product and be able to passionately explain how Mobile Aspects can make an impact on our customers’ businesses
  • Coordinate demos on Sales Representative’s calendar and log activities in CRM
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified meetings set-up

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Learn fast, and be ready to start contacting new prospects after one week of intensive sales training
  • Efficiently and gracefully counter-top of the funnel objections, prospecting, cold calling, online, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills
  • Ability to speak with CEOs, VP’s, Directors, and ask thought-provoking questions
