Territory Manager

Experience:

  • 5+ years of technology solutions sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of selling into hospitals, medical, or dental industries with a multimillion-dollar quota.

Reports to:
Head of Sales

Job Purpose:
Prospect and expand current health system client accounts aggressively with a consultative approach. Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships from the C-suite to healthcare operations front lines — meeting frequently, understanding pains and needs, documenting anecdotes, and delivering persona-based solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow accounts.

The Territory Manager will be assigned existing healthcare system(s) across the U.S. while also prospecting, networking, creating opportunities, and closing sales with new clients. This role partners with Customer Success to ensure seamless operations while working as a team to identify opportunities, solve problems with technology and process improvements, and ensure client satisfaction at the executive level. This is a quota-carrying position with defined KPIs and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Grow sales and relationships with current customer accounts by meeting as many target personas across the health system as possible.
  2. Complete renewals and upgrades by understanding timelines and working with customers to complete orders.
  3. Present data analytics to customers to demonstrate ROI and generate new sales opportunities.
  4. Follow up with select inbound leads to generate opportunities at new accounts.
  5. Manage quotes and hospital purchasing processes to ensure orders are received and match Mobile Aspects’ standards.
  6. Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits.
  7. Work closely with Customer Success to ensure customer support needs are met.
  8. Maintain accurate reports and data on sales activities in the CRM, including up-to-date contact lists for each customer.
  9. Attend ongoing training to develop relevant product knowledge and sales skills (via web-based training, exams, and other learning opportunities).
