How does it work?

1 Receiving and Tagging

When supplies arrive at the hospital, a designated staff member performs our fast and simple guided tagging process to the items.

2 Storage

Items are placed in supply storage rooms, where SupplyTrace software automatically maintains par levels and tracks inventory items in real time.

3 Procedure Room Use

In the procedure room, SupplyTrace is accessed via a web browser on the existing computer, where items are automatically removed from inventory.

4 Inventory Reconciliation

A supply chain staff member periodically reconciles inventory, taking just a couple minutes per room using a handheld RFID scanner.
