How it works

1

Receiving and Guided Tagging

When tissue arrives, the user accesses the easy-to-use guided tagging module. Upon scanning the barcode, TissueTrace recognizes the item as tissue and displays a special compliance screen.

2

Chain of Custody

TissueTrace records every touchpoint including receiving, storage, transport, and procedure room use. The system generates a specific regulatory report for chain of custody, ensuring compliance

3

Procedure Room Use

The user selects the patient from the EHR feed and scans the tissue barcode. The hospital can also reconfirm packaging integrity, temperature, and other compliance checks in the procedure room.
